Introduction
When you think of genocide, what comes to mind? For most, it's images of Nazi swastikas, ragged coats emblazoned with gold stars, and the mass graves left behind by concentration camps throughout Europe. The Holocaust is one of humanity's greatest horrors. But despite popular belief, the horror of genocide is not something we have left in the past. It is a living monster that demands our immediate attention.

You might be thinking 'what are you talking about, I haven't heard about anything since the Holocaust' or 'wouldn't there be another world war if genocide was really still happening?' If the world is unaware, a war cannot be waged.
